One of my passions and favorite pastimes is screen printing. I created a how-to website within Figma that takes a user through the steps of screen printing in a step-by-step follow-along form. One of the most notable and famous screen printers that almost everyone has at least heard of is Andy Warhol, who found fame in the 1960s. Partially for this reason and partially because I wanted to challenge myself to create in a different style/ theme than I had before, I chose to make the look and feel of this site based on 1960s mid-century modern design. I took all of the process photos myself during various screen print projects throughout the semester so that users could get a visual for some of the steps since it can be a daunting thing to try for the first time. My website aims to make that first step less stressful and even has a spot to ask for help and additional tips and information that is helpful to beginners.
